Hi, I’m Lauren — a passionate creator with nearly twenty years experience in marketing communications. More importantly, I’m a daughter, sister, friend, wife, and mother.
In my life, I’ve navigated issues with anxiety, body image, and worthiness after experiencing rejection and loss. For me, the most impactful support came from people and resources that held up a mirror and reminded me: you are enough.
I’ve watched women close to me—bright, joyful, accomplished young women—chase external validation without recognizing the beauty and strength already inside them. And I’ve seen lives end far too soon because of it.
These lessons feel even more urgent as I watch my daughter, Elyse, light up every room she enters. I want to help her, and girls like her, protect that spark as they grow.
veri cheri is my small but heartfelt effort to arm the next generation of girls with tools of self‑love, creative expression, and inner peace, so they have a better chance of growing up knowing, and deeply believing, they’re already enough - just as they are.
